1. Service Overview

TradingNotes provides trading journal and note-taking features. Some features require a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

• Users must register and log in to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
• We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by negligence.

3. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are available weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration.
• Cancellations must be made through App Store / Google Play account settings.

4. User Content

Your notes and records remain your property. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your data for service purposes only.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or copy/modify the App without authorization.

6. Disclaimer

TradingNotes does not provide investment advice. We are not responsible for financial losses from your trading activities.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify or suspend the App at any time. You may stop using the App and request account deletion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts at our registered location.
